Weights Feb 15

first set, 3 times each exercise

Bench press on exercise ball
Ham string curls on the machine
squat and press
Side crunch on bosu

Second set, 3 times each exercise 
Fencer lunges on track 15 each leg
Dead lifts
Bent over rows
Ball crunches

Extra Credit:
Pointers on bosu
